3. Track Your Scoreboard: Metrics That Matter

Championship teams don't just play hard—they track specific metrics to measure effectiveness. Your revenue offensive needs the same performance tracking:

 

How's your shooting percentage? Pay attention to those conversion rates at each funnel stage 

âś… TOFU to MOFU conversion (lead capture rate)

âś… MOFU to BOFU conversion (sales conversation rate)

âś… BOFU to client conversion (close rate)

 

What about assists? (those touchpoints that lead to conversions) 

 

âś… Email sequence open rates and click-through rates

âś… Content engagement metrics

âś… Lead source attribution

 

And points per possession? (your revenue efficiency metrics)

âś… Customer lifetime value (LTV)
